How long does shipping take for rods and reels?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Due to the specialized packaging required for fishing rods, these items may arrive in separate shipments to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused and unopened gear. Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please note that custom-spooled reels are non-refundable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Pescador Fishing Supply ships to the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the near future.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our high-performance rods and reels come with a manufacturer's warranty. Pescador Fishing Supply also provides a 90-day guarantee against defects in workmanship for all store-brand tackle.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Yes, once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
